Returns & Exchanges Policy

At The Tile Shoppe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have over-ordered or are unhappy with your selection, we accept returns on full, unopened boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team with your order number and the quantity of unopened boxes you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

    Secure Packaging

    Carefully repack the tiles in their original packaging and secure them to a pallet if necessary to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit.

  • 3.
    Shipping and Drop-off

    Ship the items back to our central warehouse using your preferred carrier or drop them off at any of our local showroom locations with your authorization form.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
