Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Since tile colors can vary based on screen settings and lighting, we offer swatch-sized samples for most of our collections to help you make a confident decision.

How is my tile order shipped to ensure it doesn't break?

Large orders are securely packed on pallets and shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight with specialized padding. Smaller orders are double-boxed. If any items arrive damaged, please document it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

What is your return policy for unused tiles?

We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Are your tiles suitable for both floor and wall applications?

Suitability depends on the material and the PEI rating of the specific tile. While most floor tiles can be used on walls, not all wall tiles are durable enough for flooring. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the product page for usage guidelines.

Do you provide professional installation services?

The Tile Shoppe is a product retailer only. While we do not provide installation services directly, we can provide technical data sheets to assist your licensed contractor in achieving the best results.
